In this 60-minute class we turn your body into the driving force by focusing on high intensity interval sets to improve your performance. Great class for off-season riders, fat-bike training, high calorie burn and just plain ole fitness fun.
This 120-minute class is designed to get you ready for the in-season by building up your functional threshold power (FTP). Your FTP is what helps you go harder for longer time periods. Each class is personalized by the results of your threshold test to peak your own specific endurance. This class is run in 6-8 week sessions. Starting Jan 3rd.
