Why Shift?

Taking you to a whole new gear one shift at a time!

Welcome to the first indoor cycling gym fit for everyone—from fitness enthusiasts to hardcore racers. Ours is a different breed of gym. We call it The Shift—because those who come here don't walk away the same as when they walked in.

Our knowledge and experience with cycling will take your riding to the next level, and the next, and the next. We'll drive you. We'll push you. We'll help you discover the best possible YOU there is.

Classes: Don't forget your water bottles!

Shift classes are designed for all fitness levels, pedal as hard as you desire. We'll just encourage you to saddle up, work hard, and ride it like you stole it!

CYCLE CORE

This class starts with 45 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes of hard "core" work. Blending these two gears are perfect for an all around workout. All levels of fitness will love this class.

DRIVETRAIN

In this 60-minute class we turn your body into the driving force by focusing on high intensity interval sets to improve your performance. Great class for off-season riders, fat-bike training, high calorie burn and just plain ole fitness fun.

GEAR UP!

This class is designed to build leg strength and muscular endurance; the perfect combo to improve your climbing skills and burn lots of calories...gear up or go home!

SADDLE UP!

This 120-minute class is designed to get you ready for the in-season by building up your functional threshold power (FTP). Your FTP is what helps you go harder for longer time periods. Each class is personalized by the results of your threshold test to peak your own specific endurance. This class is run in 6-8 week sessions. Starting Jan 3rd.

Our Bikes: Equipped for success.

Here at The Shift, our CycleOps bikes ride just like a real bike. It has a free wheel that drives from the back, making it so all the power comes from you—not from the momentum of the flywheel. This allows you to develop muscle control and strength, making you a better rider the more you use it.

CycleOps bikes also provide accurate feedback of your training with heart rate, cadence, calories, and, most importantly, power. It's how the pros train. Why shouldn't you be able to do the same?
